Kirby data in Nuxt, via KQL or the REST API

🔒 Credentials Stay on the Server: Requests go through a Nuxt server route, so the Kirby token or password never reaches the browser.
🧩 KQL and REST in One Module: useKql() sends KQL queries and useKirbyData() fetches any Kirby API path, both with the options of Nuxt's useFetch.
🌐 Language per Request: A language option sends the X-Language header for multi-language sites.
🗃️ Server-Side Cache: Turn on server.cache, and responses are cached in Nitro storage, with optional stale-while-revalidate.
🦾 Typed Prefetched Queries: Queries listed under prefetch run at build time and import fully typed.
