Deploy Trigger

Start a deploy from a Panel button, through any deploy hook

🚀 Deploy Button in the Panel: Add deploy-trigger to a view's buttons list, and editors start a deploy from there.
🔗 Any Deploy Hook URL: Set the hook URL in config.php; the server sends the request, so the URL never reaches the browser, and method and headers are options.
✅ Result as a Notification: Editors see a success message once the hook answers, or the service's error when it fails.
